Who is the weakest character capable of giving the new world an advantage?
So, the Tomb of Nazarick has been teleported to the New World. However, a week prior, a specific character arrived in the world with the mission of helping the New World oppose the Tomb. The conditions are as follows:
1 – The character is forbidden from directly harming the Tomb. Note that summoning a meteorite to a specific area without precise targeting still counts as a direct method; only indirect actions are permitted. You may do almost anything with the inhabitants of this world, except take them under direct control during a battle against Nazarick.
2 – The character's power is defined by the totality of their abilities; for instance, Pucci’s strength is assessed based on his universe-resetting capability.
Round 1: Bring the New World to at least a theoretical draw or parity with Nazarick.
Round 2: The New World defeats Nazarick.
