Faculty quality can be inconsistent, even in institutions like the IITs. Regarding senior bonding, it's important to remember that such connections often require your initiative; rather than waiting for seniors to approach you, actively seek out opportunities to engage with them I am sure you will find the best bonding ever.

Yeah, there are some problems in this college, but college is not a 5-star fairy world place. You learn a lot here; you make bonds here facing these struggles..
