Hello, myself and 3 other guys are looking for someone to lease with us for the 2026-2027 school year. The lease is from July 25th, 2026 to July 25th, 2027 (1 year). The monthly rent will be about $1100 including utilities. You will be in a double with me. 

About us: We are all sophomores in fields of engineering, biology, and business. We are pretty chill and clean. Our hobbies include going to the gym, surfing, and gaming on the lowkey.
