Context on this Russian Peter Five Eight poster that was shown in the video
Basically, in the video they show this weird poster for Peter Five Eight. As someone who knows Russian (I am from Belarus), and I know who Garik Kharlamov is, the guy on the right is him and is a famous russian comedian who was part of several sketch shows and acted in a bunch of comedies (a lot of them really really bad).
Essentially this is a dub of the film, and it is essentially intended to be intentionally humorous dub, but the film surprisingly is received better on some Russian language review websites? In general, this is mainly because there’s more support for Kevin Spacey there, and the country does have a history of welcoming people like Gerard Depardieu who have been convicted on a lot of similar crimes. A bunch of other recent Kevin Spacey movies have gotten support there too
Edit: The Dubbed trailer very much leans into the intentional comedy by the Garik’s dub
