I vaguely remember when I was super young going to a friends house and his dad was watching this movie. I'm pretty sure it was live action and fantasy. All I can remember is a scene where a guy is talking to this like princess lady or something inside an egg of some kind. She gives him some sand and as he leaves there's like a giant spider/web guarding the girl, he lets some of the sand slip from his fingers and time like freezes long enough for him to escape, afterwards the spider like goes and cracks the egg. I was so young I dont really even remember if thats what I saw, it was probably around 1991-92. I've tried to find it off and on for years and never come close.
