I just recently got a phone plan with Rogers and have been experiencing cellular issues.

Tldr I’ve had really bad experiences with their customer support services and the amount of time they’ve put me on hold is diabolically inconvenient.

Do you guys recommend any other service providers I’m really sick of this. I used to be with Fido before (i know my fault, they’re also owned by Rogers) and had horrible support experience hence why I switched to Rogers hoping that paying a higher fee might make it better… oh boy was i wrong!☹️
