I saw mini cans of the same brand of corned beef they used to serve at my high school and decided to buy it for nostalgia's sake. Was struck by how utterly ridiculous this looked and it felt right to post about it. Almost ate it cold straight from the can but was bullied by my friends to microwave it and add peas.

Medical school is super cool, but it also leaves me with little time and money so I've gotten... shall we say. Creative. With my meals. Anyway this tasted way better than it looks so if I don't get food poisoning I'll probably have more dog food hash in the future.
