Sometimes when double jumping as a deinonychus, or trying to take off as a flier, your second jump gets interrupted for no reason, and you get teleported downwards. Here it happens as I try to escape onto a rock.
Another instance of it happening to me here.

There are some advantages to being tiny.
Thank goodness there's no ability in the game that deals unavoidable damage in a large radius.
