I'm pretty sure it's an old TV show. I think I saw it in the 90s. The scene I keep picturing is on a bridge of a space ship area similar to Star Trek or maybe Doctor Who? But a bit brighter, not as dark. I distinctly remember a green, caterpillar-like creature shuffling along beside a wall. It was very obviously a person inside a fuzzy green suit mimicking a worm/caterpillar movement.

Chatgpt suggested a couple of shows but I haven't been able to find this scene.
