I am watching a new employee struggle with the apparently very fussy new pos that relies on her phone camera? Is this system as anti-worker as it seems? I worked in retail for years and hated every time an executive changed our POS while obviously having never stood behind a counter anywhere. She was so great with helping me find stuff! But the check out process is killing her - and me lol
I have breast cancer. I recently found Carli Grampp on Instagram. I think the algorithm recommended her because I’ve been following a lot of oncologists, researchers and breast cancer survivors. I’ve spent a lot of time on her instagram and website reading about the treatment she calls, The Protocol.
On her IG and website it seems like she’s had NED scans since going all in on the protocol. That was what made her May scan with all the tumors so surprising. But then today, she posted a January 2026 scan and there were lots of tumors in that scan. I can’t find any reference to the January scan on her grid or her website.
And she’s been promoting The Protocol stuff in posts since January. As a new person following her, her online presence really reads as a woman who’s NED because of The Protocol until just last week. Can anyone help me understand what I’m missing?
More context: I’m receiving standard care right now. I’m not doing The Protocol. But I’m a mom of young kids with a difficult to treat kind of breast cancer and so I’m spending a lot of time trying to understand my options if/when the cancer progresses. I don’t think the evidence for ivermectin as a treatment is convincing but I have to admit Carli’s account and apparent transparency made me think twice. But it seems like maybe she wasn’t sharing lots of stuff?
I really don’t need this to turn into bashing her. We’re all doing our best under difficult circumstances! I’d just love some clarity.
My sister starts her online MLIS in a couple weeks. She’s getting the degree while working full time, raising her kids and helping me through breast cancer. I’d love to put together a gift box of back to school supplies for her. Just not sure where to start! I would really love some suggestions on must-haves and nice-to-haves. Would an e-reader like Boox be helpful?
