Thank you, Atlus
Running a "hyper-glass cannon" team here.
Imperial, Highlander and Landsknecht on the front. Survivalist and Ninja on the back. This team erases or be erased by bosses, a true Etrian Odyssey 2 experience on Nexus, I think.
When I say hyper, I mean it. My methods of healing include: Survivalist Resuscitate (only outside battle), Efficiency+item use, Highlander's Turning Tide and Amateur Savior. Yes, I still use the bullshit 1 HP revive/10 TP cost accessory 3 islands into the story!
As for tanking? There is no tanking, baby, it's all accuracy reduction and evasion buff!:
Survivalist: Trickery+F!Illusory Formation+Chain Dance+Mirage Arrow... Oh and Quick Step
Ninja: F!Diversion Gambit+Phantom Swords.
This plan serves me great, until one or several dumbasses get a status ailment or Leg Bind. So I was elated when I got the Cheer Blade+5 for my Landy (it has the skill Mind Vigor which increases resistance to negative effects), but as you can see in the screenshot it's less than consistent
In hindsight, I probably should've gotten Battle Instinct from my Highlander... but I feel if you're not a Harbinger with Miasma Wall/Spirit Barrier, nullifying negative effects in Nexus is often a matter of luck
I can't wait to unlock >!subclassing!< so I'd have more breathing room to work with
