Tried Heights vitamins. Did it help clear your head?

I've had brain fog for about two years now. Mostly just feeling slow, forgetting words mid sentence, struggling to focus at work by 2pm.

I saw Heights vitamins pop up a few times. The ones with omega 3, choline, B vitamins, all the stuff they say supports brain function. I figured why not. Bought a month supply.

Three weeks in. Mornings feel a little clearer maybe? But here's the thing. I dropped fifty bucks on these. So part of me wonders if my brain is just making up the improvement to justify the money. You know how that goes.

So I'm asking. Did this stuff actually do anything for you? Like really. And how many weeks did you give it before you called it quits or kept buying?

I'm so tired of throwing money at supplements that end up being nothing. Just want to know if this one is different or if I should save my cash.

had a power outage for 6 hours last night and learned something about myself

came home around 7, no lights on the whole block. lit a candle, opened a window, sat on the floor.

at first i was annoyed. then like 20 minutes in i realized the apartment had never been that quiet. no fridge hum, no router clicking, no upstairs neighbor stomping around because their tv was also off.

i sat there for 4 hours just looking at the candle. when the lights came back on the apartment felt loud in a way i hadnt noticed before.

unplugging the router tonight to see if it helps. anyone else have a power outage moment that stuck with you
