Built a pretty window backdrop for some item tutorials! Though, it seems people are more interested in how I built the window... maybe I'll make a tutorial on that too later!
Realized I hadn't shared my Gilneas housing style sheets here yet, and since many of you liked the prior observation sheets, here are my notes! It was fun spotting the Victorian period inspirations in the Gilnean aesthetic.
As usual, these should not be considered rules limiting one's creativity; they're only meant as a helpful resource to myself and others when trying to capture the look and feel of a particular race. While one could dig into further details, I'm trying to keep all of these to 4 pages to focus on the main elements defines the aesthetic and that may be helpful to think about when building.
This was my first submission to WoWkea housing community's monthly challenges! Theme: shops, stalls and storefronts. I had so much fun making story beats for this, and coming up with ideas for all sorts of adventuring equipment and items.
