Elderly Rabbit Litter Help

Hello everyone! I hope you and your foster critters are doing well!

I need some help with a foster bunny.

She’s an elderly rabbit whom I’m hospice fostering. Her name is Snap (I call her lady Snappleton, of the NY Stapleton since she reminds me of lady violet or aunt Agnes from Downton Abbey/Guilded Age) just a high class and very proud lady.

She keeps getting poop on her feet. She has digestive issues so her droppings are sometimes very wet. She can’t groom herself very well (arthritis) and I can tell he wetness / smell / uncleanliness bother her.

I’ve already tried:
- various bedding / litter types
- wiping her feet every morning and night
- bi-daily (every other day) gentle feet baths in warm water with a soft cloth
- extra mats outside her litter boxes
- multiple litter boxes
- a special litter box a vet friend suggested (LINK)
- using dog pee pads to help her wipe off (she ended up eating a pad, so I can’t use them - not even as a liner, she’ll dig for them like they’re a treasured snack)
- different meds to help “harden” up her droppings, including supplements; but the vet said not much could be done.

But her feet are still always caked in poo. Sometimes if I miss a piece it has dried to her fur and I can tell that upsets her even worse.

Snap’s a wonderful bunny and I want to make her golden years has comfy as possible.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Edit: picture of her Ladyship in the comments! Sorry I forgot to add them 😭
