Hi all,

I applied for the AA PDX ramp position but was not selected. Not even an interview.

Can anyone tell me what goes into their selections?

I have worked for an AA subsidiary for 8 years without ever having an issue, never late, 0 points.

Could it be that I live on the east coast? I am relocating to Portland very shortly and was hoping to not have to leave company but it seems like I will be.
