Hi, I own a new InfinityBook Pro 15 AMD edition with specs detailed below.
I noticed that, sometimes, when the workload of the laptop suddenly reduces (I noticed it when I abort some heavy calculation I am performing on Wolfram Mathematica), the CPU and fans slow down and the whole OS starts to become laggy. If I check on the TUXEDO Control Center, I see that it does not refresh the data on the CPU and GPU.
If I unplug and re-plug the charger, the OS suddenly "wakes up" and is back to its usual performant state.
Could these be some issues at firmware level? I only noticed this after heavy use on Mathematica, but the behavior with the charger makes me think it is not a problem of the program, but rather at a deeper level.
Specs of laptop: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, 32 GB of RAM DDR5 5600MHz Kingston, running TUXEDO OS encrypted install.
