ANC Issues??
I got my quiet comforts about two months ago, I've been told they're the best in market for noise cancellation but I can hear..... literally everything around me, dogs barking, passing cars, conversations around me, engines, the fans in my room, the list goes on. I can definitely hear a difference between aware and quiet, but quiet still doesn't block out hardly anything for me. Is it possible I got a dud pair or should I be looking for a different pair of headphones? Thinking about contacting support but if I was misled about what they actually do I want to skip bothering a customer service agent about them possibly being faulty and just return them. I'm just disappointed I spent so much money on a pair of headphones for them to be faulty/was told they're do something they don't.
