Hisoka is not a Chaotic neutral character
This man is evil, a straight up murder hobo who gets sexually aroused by murdering people. Just because his interest aligned with Gon and the gang on a few occasions does not make him morally neutral. The only reason he didn't kill them on sight is because he is grooming them so its more satisfying to murder them later.
He also got an erection from a 12 year old boy
