Weird tail length?

Does Brock’s tail length seem abnormally short to yall? I saw a video on instagram of a sav about the same age and same body and head size as Brock, but their tail was much MUCH longer. He’s three years old and i’ve only had him for a few months, and his tail being short is not a problem at all, but doesn’t it look short in proportion to his body size?

Edit: he also has a small kink at the very end of his tail. could it be related? I don’t know much at all about his history and previous owners

Humidity Problem!

So my savannah monitor, Brock, just got his big boy enclosure! His old enclosure was a screen top, and since it didn’t hold humidity at all, I had a humidifier that has a sensor to help keep the humidity at the right level. His new enclosure is solid with two vents at either end of the enclosure. The only problem now is that while I was mixing his substrate in the enclosure, I sprayed the sand part with water so it would mix easier and now the overall humidity is too high. During the day it stays around 80-85 percent and at night gets up to 96 percent!! I’ve never encountered this problem before, so I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried leaving the sliding glass open and it gets it down while it’s open, then when I close it it returns to 80-85 percent within a few minutes.

TLDR: How do I reduce the humidity in an 8 feet long savannah monitor enclosure?

Hey yall. My beardie is about 2-3 months old and she has a super low food drive. She won’t eat unless the bugs are right in front of her, and even then she will only eat 10-15 a day. She also won’t bask unless I move her to the basking spot in the morning. If i don’t move her in the morning then she sits in the same spot on the cool side the entire day. Do yall have any tips to help increase her food drive? I’m worried that she might end up as a failure to thrive situation :(
