My custom hidden-ish locker

An old school locker i repainted, and fit perfectly into a custom built closet area (closet still unfinished)

Once my clothes are on the hanger the safe for the most part is hidden unless you were really looking for it.

Added carpet on the shelf and bottom, motion sensor LED lights inside that turn on automatically when the door is opened, I used a closet broom mount as a barrel catch to some rifles can fit standing up nice and straight

Right now it has 5 guns and 1 air rifle and could fit atleast twice that if i jammed them in.

2nd to last picture is what it looked like when i picked it up, last picture was during the painting process.

Do I need ASV, or something else?

About 2 weeks on APAP

https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/f5cfc34f-a9c0-4a21-b24f-a446df456150

I kept my pressure settings at minimum for a week to adjust myself to using the machine, and now ive been raising my min and max pressure just by .4 nightly to slowly acclimatize myself to higher pressures, ive yet to make an impact on my flow limit but the higher pressure goes the more centrals i get and the worse I feel in the morning.

side note: If anyone knows of someone in british columbia canada who can jailbreak the airsense 10 please dm me

First 2 Nights of CPAP - Increased pressure and had massive spike in CA events

I have suspected UARS and just got my cpap 2 nights ago, I got a resmed airsense 10 autoset.

Night 1 AHI 0.99
Settings
-Min 4
-Max 12

AHI 0.99

Night 2 AHI 5.55
Settings

-Min 7
-Max 15

I raised the pressure because it seemed that around 6-7 was the effective pressure needed to lower my flow limit, and in that sense it worked, but it came with the large spike in CA events.

I had it set to EPR 3 both nights, but I guess at minimum 4 it probably wasnt activating on that first night, so maybe the EPR is causing the CA events on night 2?

Trying to decide whether or not I should just go back to my first night settings (AHI was low but flow limit was very spiky), or try and adjust settings again to get AHI back down but keep flow limit smooth. Maybe keep min 7 pressure but turn EPR off? What do you all think?

*note
On my sleep study I scored AHI of 4.4 but almost entirely Hypopneas, no CA events.

At home sleep study - mild results

Even though my AHI is mild the tech was pretty concerned about my heart rate spikes which also seem to correlate with the mild desaturation events. Does this look more like UARS rather than OSA?

Bad experience on Crown Land

Went out to a fairly popular crown land shooting spot in my area today, it was my first time there and im not super familiar with the etiquette of public shooting but definitely had a weird experience.

When I first arrived it was just one guy and his girlfriend plinking with their .22, i asked if they minded me setting up next to them and they had no problems so I set up and started plinking with my .22 too. We would pause and go adjust our targets at the same time, and everything went smoothly.

Eventually they left and immediately after a big group pulled in. Right away they started unloading their targets and walking all around down range without saying a word to me, not even a “hi”. I sat patiently for about 10 minutes waiting for them to clear downrange, and then they just started shooting without any heads up to put on ear pro. It really came across that they felt as though because they were a bigger group they were free to take control over the area even though I was already there.

They were also shooting their prohib (GSG16 I think) and using unpinned 30-round SKS mags. I’m against the bans as much as the next guy, but this is just irresponsible. The last thing we need as a community are headlines about people getting caught shooting prohibs or “high capacity assault-style SKS’s.”

If any of you happen to be reading this, I’m sure you’re all decent people just out to have a good time, and I get it. But please think about the responsibility that comes with bringing firearms to a public spot. Every time something like this makes the news, it gives ammunition to the people trying to take this away. Abide by the laws even if you disagree with them, and please teach the young kid you brought proper safe handling, letting him walk around waving a gun in people’s direction isn’t okay.

I left shortly after and found a different area to shoot but as a new shooter the experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe its just because im new to the hobby, but the shooting environment that this group created did not feel safe and respectful, and im hopeful that this isnt the norm for crown land shooting.
