Circlejerk Omaha
This is a game I came up with back in March when we played a pi day cash game with a few themed crazy games. People seem to like it so I thought I'd share it more broadly. Plus the name maaay have been inspired by Reddit....
Circlejerk Omaha plays just like PLO, except that every player is dealt two hole cards instead of four. In addition, a card is dealt face down between every two players, starting with the space between the dealer and the small blind.
Each player's four card Omaha hand is made up of the two hole cards in their hand as well as the two shared cards to their left and right.
Otherwise, the game plays exactly like standard PLO.
If a player folds remaining shared cards to their left and right simply go into the player's hand who shared them.
This game creates some very interesting situations due to the shared information between players, especially when people start folding. Enjoy!
