Lately I’ve realized how easy it is to get stuck in routines and stop really connecting with people. I’m married, work in mental health, love psychology/personal growth conversations, fitness, music, and real discussions about life.

I’m trying to become more open, more alive, and less isolated — and figured Reddit might actually be a good place to meet interesting people outside my normal bubble.

I’d love to talk with people who are reflective, curious, funny, emotionally intelligent, or just trying to build a meaningful life too.
