My daughter (3.8 yesrs old) will not go to the potty to
Poop. She will poop in her underwear and then ask to go afterwards. I can tell she knows when she needs to go because I know her signs but she just won’t go poop in the toilet. She does pretty good on pee but she does have accidents sometimes(she will hold it for long periods of time till she can’t no more) I’ve explained to her everything she has accidents that underwear aren’t meant to be pooped in(also we tried the naked thing and she just poops on the ground) it’s starting to get frustrating because it makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong. I don’t believe she is developmentally delayed. It’s also frustrating because she doesn’t like for her clothes to be dirty or wet but underwear are okay???🤯, did anyone else go through this? Did your child just eventually stop doing it or are there any good advice or tricks that can help. Also I did have her on a schedule but I was worried that if keep her on it she would never understand that feeling of needing to go but maybe I need to go back to a schedule
