After a divorce was finalized, the children’s non-military mom lost visibility to their medical records in the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

• She still has an active DS Logon.
• The children are young (well under 12).

Is this normal behavior after a divorce/DEERS update?

We’re trying to restore her access to the children’s records only (she doesn’t need access to the sponsor’s records). What’s the correct process for this?

Any recent experiences with granting a former spouse/ non-sponsor parent access to dependent children’s MHS GENESIS records would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!
