I’m sorry if I get terms wrong, I’m not very knowledgable with this.

My dad got me a college plan when I was a kid. But I want to pay for my own college education without telling them (surprise graduation). But I don’t want that money to go to waste eh, so once my graduation is done, I want them to spend it on my younger brother’s college education instead. Can I?

Also, it’s from PhilAm, they’ve been bought out by AIA and idk where/how to get in touch with them. I went to their CBP branch but they said I can’t ask there and I should go to the PhilAm office in Jones near Shell but I went there and can’t locate the office. No numbers/email online as well, everything is for AIA and they don’t assist well
