Nag change akong working schedule, from 7-4 nag 6-3 na. So nag change pud akong sleeping schedule and this is the first time man na nag change akong working schedule so wala koy tulog. I think 4 hours ra akong tulog. Nag adjust pa akong body clock.

Naa moy ma recommend na derma diri sa Cebu City for hair and dandruff? Grabe kaayog flare up akong dandruff ay and I tried na Selsun blue, Ketoconazole and other anti-dandruff products but naa jud ghapon, and dry jud ako scalp. Any recommendations pls. Thank you!
