1. Does the island, as of now, have any ATM machines?

We're going to be staying at Santa Fe, and I hear that ATMs often go offline. My salary doesn't come until Sept 1st, and we'll get there by the 31st.

Any beach resort or any shorelines will do as long as naay washed up biomass.
