Can you recommend recently opened Filipino owned restaurants in Metro Cebu? I like to try new restaurants but I prefer those which are owned and operated by Filipinos. When I have visitors I usually bring them to restaurants which I've already tried.

When your appliance breaks do you get them repaired or you get a new one? What repair shops can you recommend in Cebu City? I live in Talamban area.
