Sa mga petite na ladies here in Cebu, asa mo usually tigpalit sa inyo clothes? Kanang naay mga smart casual unta na pwede for work. If naa ko sa mall kay most of the time luag jud ang fit for me nya di pa jud tanan stores kay naay XS size. I'd appreciate any recommendations. Thank you!!

Medjo limited pa ang EV charging stations dito sa lugar namin and I've been thinking about franchising one since I think the number of EV owners are only going to increase in the future. Palagi akong may mga nakikitang ads on FB about different franchise brands but I'm not sure how reliable they are. So if there are people here who are into this type of business, I'd like to ask the following:

1. Franchise din ba yung EV charging station niyo or independent?
2. What is the maintenence/monitoring like for the stations? Since afaik these are usually unmanned
3. How much was your initial investment?
4. How much is the usual monthly profit?

I apologize if medjo amateur-sounding yung questions ko. I have no experience in running a business yet since I work in healthcare and I just want to see if feasible ba ito as an additional source of income. Thanks in advance.

Sa mga nakaexperience po, gaano katagal po ang hinintay ninyo for your refund?

Nagbayad po kasi ako ng 20k reservation fee sa BYD. Ang problema, since inabot ng more than 3 months na wala pa ring allocation ng unit, i have decided to purchase a different car instead. Nagprice increase din kasi ang BYD kaya hindi na sulit ang price for me.

I have communicated with my agent na and she confirmed naman na pwede pa akong makarefund ng 19k since wala pa talagang naallocate na unit for me. 2 weeks na since nag-usap kami. Everytime i ask her for updates puro "I'll follow up" lang ang sagot. How long should this process usually take po ba talaga? TIA po
