Is 8,000-9,000 sgd enough for a family of 3?

I have a 4-year old daughter and just wondering if this is enough to sustain our lifestyle (school, rent, food, water, electricity, etc.?

We are also planning to get my daughter into child care once my partner finds a job there.

Hoping to get your insights po.

Which is better Bank PO or Car agent will process the bank loan in our behalf?

This is our first time purchasing a car and instead of waiting for it to pay in cash, we decided to buy a car under financing. What we dont understand is that the agent keeps on insisting that she will process the bank loan in our behalf.

What we worry about is, would the interest be higher if they will process it for us or if we go directly to our preferred bank, we can still haggle the interest and other fees?

Help me decide for a first time car between Mirage Hatchback CVT and Wigo G 2026

These are the things we are considering:

  1. Fuel Efficient
  2. Reliability and Safety
  3. After sales service
  4. Parts Availability

3 lang kami sa family and usual gamit namin is mag hatid sundo ng anak and sometimes going to the office like twice a week.

These are the prices quoted for us:

Wigo G - 179k, MA - 12k+ for 5 yrs
Mirage Hatchback - 150k, MA - 13k+ for 5 yrs

Is this price worth it?
