
Hello all, I was booked on a LAX-Athens leg that I changed so I could be on the same flight as my girlfriend on the united app due to that being the place of the original booking. Upon change, I received an email from united stating “There was an error processing your request. We’ve changed your flight, but must reissue your ticket. You won’t be able to check in to your flight until this issue has been resolved.”. Called united, they said everything was all good. Went to my Lufthansa app and see “Receipts are not issued for few of your services. Please contact the call center for more details.” (Image below). Called Lufthansa and they said to call united. About to loose my mind. Anyone else dealt or dealing with this and have any ideas what to do? I would really prefer to get this handled before getting to the airport.
