I got major signs of strain yesterday and to be fair I definitely felt more exhausted than usual. However, I had worked a 12 hour shift the day before and had slept not great on Sunday night so thought it may be that. Today it says minor signs. Does that mean I’m recovering? What bothers me is that it shows absolutely no information regarding how it came to that conclusion. “No individual biometric stands out” like why can’t it say anything specific? Anyone have any ideas/does this happen to you?
