Manager being frustrating

Okay so I recently became a shift lead at Dunkin’ Donuts and I have always helped out by staying late and taking shifts I also have full availability during store hours I just ask for 1 weekend day off a week and recently she has been working me full weekends which really is not a big deal but Mother’s Day weekend we were understaffed and she asked if I could stay 2 hours later and I said I had things to do after work with family but I could stay another hour and she started to talk about how I need to understand the expectations of being a shift leader and stuff like that. The past 2 days I came in to learn how to bake because I wanted to but it was really hard for me and my sleep schedule because that is 12am-8am and last night I took another bake shift because our other shift leader could not do it which I didn’t mind but my manager then asked me to come and bake Friday so she wouldn’t have to but I told her I don’t think I can bake in general anymore because I can’t function like that and she went on again about having a meeting and talking about shift leaders responsibilities. I do not even know what to say to her because our other shift leader gets weekends off every time and she never comes in to help on weekends and bakes rarely but doesn’t get talked to like this. My manager also seemed to have not done anything about another employee who stole time and was being racist and she had came in the other day drunk and not on schedule during a bake shift and was taking about how our manager “bit her thigh and made her come” and once that employee left my manager said “it was one time and it wasn’t like that”. I really just came on here to rant about it because I don’t know what to say to my manager it’s just a lot of drama going on right now.
