Ok I need some help!!

My baby will be 9 months tomorrow. She has been taking 30-40 min naps since she was about 4/5 months old. We sleep trained her over a month ago. She sleeps about 12 hours at night which is great however the day sleep is all over the place, and she does often wake early (5oclock ish) and may or may not go back to sleep until 6 or 7am. Since she is only sleeping 30-40min naps, I have to do 3 naps some days. The odd time when she sleeps longer, I can usually stretch her and just do 2 naps that day, but then bedtime is at 6pm to compensate. An example day yesterday - woke at 6:40am, Nap 1 was at 9:30am, then she slept until 10:14am. She didn't fall asleep for the second nap until 1:55pm (tried earlier but did not work), and then slept until 2:25pm. I put her to bed at 6pm and she was asleep within 2 minutes. Today, she woke up at 5:58am, so Nap 1 was at 8:30am, she slept until 9:20am, then tried Nap 2 at 12:00pm, but she was babbling and sitting for quite some time, so I took her out, reset then we did the nap at 2:00pm. Every day is just so different!! Also, I always ensure she is well fed prior to naps. I also try to keep her busy during her wake windows so she is tired!

I would appreciate any and all advice!!
