My baby is 3 months now and getting quite long. The manual for the miniuno isofix car seat says to take the insert out around 3-4 months or 60cm long. However, there is no cushion or any comfy padding under the newborn insert which doesnt seem right to me for baby to be straight on the bottom of the seat. Is this right? I feel like im missing a piece. Someone who's had the same car seat please help!

Ps. I did get this 2nd hand so not sure if it ever came with something else.
