NFA Items in PA

I’ll try to keep this short. For some reason the google is not helpful here. Does PA have a separate law requiring NFA items to be “registered” with the feds? What I’m asking is, if this ruling out of northern Texas goes through, are we able to just slap a stock on an AR pistol So long as we are members of the orgs in the plaintiffs list? Or is that not ok because now there’s no registration?

Mag Choice for PSA X45 lower

I got enough parts in my build to test shoot today. Definitely needs a few things but I’m gonna explain some things I learned today and ask yall for your input

Build is
PSA X45 Glock 21 mag lower
AR stoner LPK
Standard carbine buffer spring
Kaw valley 10oz deadblow buffer
Two kynshot spacer weights
KAK steel BCG 15.5 oz
KM tactical upper
AR Chitect handguard.
ELD Gashkin 8inch 45 auto barrel.
Total moving mass in the gun weighed 30.4 ounces.
A5 buffer tube.

So, G21.4 and G21.5 mags both seemed to nose dive and cause significant failure to feeds. Even when it did feed it would wedge the cartridge halfway into the chamber and required significant force to pull the charging handle back to get it out. KCI 26 round mags also had this problem plus they would not feed fast enough which I expected. What I did not expect was this random SGM tactical 13 round mag I had laying around from my Ruger LC Carbine to be the only reliable mag. I had zero malfunctions with this mag. Does anyone else have this kind of experience? I can use the other mags in other guns I own but I did not expect this to be the one that worked the best. Is anyone else having issues with standard Glock mags?

OAL and barrel length.

So I’m new to this pistol/ar building thing. I originally got a PSA X45 lower with the intention of making a full length 16” rifle. But my FFL insisted that I record it as a pistol (Pennsylvania State Police record of sale form) due to it being a pistol caliber lower. I’ve come to realize that was an error but now this gun is legally a pistol. That gives me some freedom with my build but there’s things I want to clarify.

1: can I still make this a full rifle with a stock?

2: if I keep it a pistol, what does this OAL of 26 inches have to do with anything? If it’s over that length is it now something illegal? If I’m keeping it a pistol I was going to put a 7.5 barrel on it but that puts it under 26. I’m very lost with that number. Any clarification would help. If remains a pistol it is going to get a brace.

Sorry for the newby questions but I really have not had good luck with googling it. Many different sources. Thanks all.

Frame - Building Question: AR Platform.

I picked up a Glock mag based 45/10mm lower from PSA. I remember vividly that when you’d buy a frame in the past in PA they just marked it as a frame regardless of intent of the build. This has been some time now though. I picked this frame up today and they required the PSP record of sale form and treated it as a handgun as a result of the caliber being pistol based. I had every intention of making this thing into a rifle/long gun from the start. Am I able to make this into a rifle with a 16 inch barrel and put a real stock on it? Or will I be violating some kind of code? I probably will try to find a lawyer to ask but was curious the subs thoughts.

AR45 11 ounce buffers?

Dude. WHERE ON EARTH ARE THE HEAVY BUFFERS? Please help I’ve been looking online and no one has any. At this point the only option is to get a lighter buffer and buy the KAK tungsten BCG. Any input would be appreciated.
