I know, "wait for the counter" or whatever but other than trying to bait his spamable counter with a 3-second long cooldown, how do you deal with this guy? I once heard someone say "You don't fight the Mirio, you just hope he messes up" and I really hope they are wrong. I hate this character and I really wanna not die to his bs anymore.
I got hit by a Froppy, I pressed my plus ultra bind at least 3 times and it didn't work. Why didn't it work? It should've worked, no?
I've been getting sick of instant-revs and stuff recently and I want to try it out but I first want to hear what you people think of it. How good is it at it's job? I imagine it's not too bad but not too good either.
By the way, they should've named something much better. I don't know if it's this bad in japanese too but the english name isn't the best lol
I am trying to calm down because I lost a game after I finally managed to down an OFA Deku, only for his random Kurogiri teammate to pick him from another planet (only way to balance kurogiri's revive is to remove it, #changemymind).
I don't think this counts as a rant but I wouldn't be surprized if this got removed.
Anyone who watched the anime or/and read the manga knows what I am talking about but to recap what happens in the story:
During the Dark Deku arc, Deku goes from place to place to stop bad guys from causing anymore chaos practically by himself. At first, he is with All-Might. All-Might makes him food and stuff and takes care of him a bit. But then Deku thinks that he is risking All-Might's life just by being near him so he decides he can't risk him or anyone else's lives anymore so he abandons them and starts fighting villians truly alone. His classmates then learn that Deku is all alone now and get worried, then they all go after him to stop him so he doesn't get himself killed. They find him but he tries to push them away, he tries to escape but they finally manage to get him to calm down and come with them. This is where the arc ends.
Now, let's take a look at what happens in an average match with an OFA Deku teammate:
You drop to the map, and immidietly, you see Deku's going after people. You see he managed to KO someone somehow. That's nice, you think. But then you realize he is getting lower and isn't backing off, he managed to KO someone again but he is still low, he is still taking damage. What the hell is that dumbass doing, you think to yourself, followed by, he is gonna get himself KO'ed on a corner of the map like an idiot! You have to use a team heal on him. So you do and it works, he is full on everything now. You sigh a sigh of relief, you managed to save yet another ignorant fool's life. Good job! However, your feeling of acomplishment is cut short, as the silly little pansy, you call "teammate", gets into another fight. He manages to get someone again but you still see him take damage. Stay away from them you careless idiot, you say. He is getting low again. You hold your breath, you are praying he safely makes it out. But, despite your prayers, he doesn't. He gets KO'ed. You are sad, he was incapaciating so many people and now he is stoped. However, you realize not all hope is lost, as you see the circle is coming near where his badge is! And look, you have just enough to bring him back! What jolly! You go in, you find somewhere safe to get him back! And there he is, your friend who thinks "self-preservation" is a fish. But before you can berate him for being careless, he goes away. He must've seen someone, you think. You try to follow him but before you know it, your entire guard is broken. A powerful opponent saw you and now you are vulnerable. You look out for your teammate but he is nowhere to be found! Oh no! You try to escape but before you can, you lose half of your hp. You need to get out, now. You are panicing, you try to use your i-frames but your oppenent is following you, you don't know where to go and before you know it, you are down and you are getting executed. You are dead and you start watching your suicidal friend. He kills someone again, good for him, you think. Oh, look, he has rez cards! He can revive you now! Amazing news! He just has to get your badge and find a good spot to revive you. Easy peasy, you think. And he does get your badge! Great, now he just has to get to a safe place to revive you. But he isn't doing that. What, you think. Why are you not rezzing me, you write in chat. He doesn't reply back. You helplesly watch as he goes after another person now, they are almost dead. But then the same person who killed you comes in. They kill your teammate easily and then pick up their ally. You see your friend disconnected. You do the same. You sigh, but this time of sadness. This could've gone much better if he had self-preservation. You try not to think about it, as you now que up to try a new match. Hopefully, this will be better than the previous one.
