hi its me again , i can't encounter the movie , the movie have a girl , her baby sister that go to another world ( probably a drawn world) and the girl (the baby sister) jumps in the world to search for her
in the world the girl encounters some colored animals like a red dog and a blue cat (they are not giant ) and the villain is a purple tree
IS NOT CLIFFORD , THE LAST UNICORN , OR SPIRITED AWAY , or a wrinkle in the time
is a movie not a tv series ( i remember that the story is so completed to have a continuation)
