Today was my last day as a full-timer and it ended on a wimper
I have been doing spark full time for close to 3 years. I've been through busy times, and slow. Everything always seemed to ultimately balance out until recently. I noticed today that the app was tracking my location in the store, telling me I wasn't close enough to an item location to say it was out of stock when I was right in front of it's module, and the shit they sent me was next level turd.
I wish everyone the best as the conditions worsen. Between being constantly tracked, good routes being ruined by gmd drops that are 15-20 miles away, constant decreases in comp, being expected to deal with a 30 mile delivery radius, it's just too much for me. I hope you all find success and that they fire the new guy that's heading all these harmful decisions. You all deserve better.
