Dealing With a Series of Bad Medical Clinics, Need Hope and Help

Without getting into details, I just lost my family doctor, who I'd only just transferred to. I only just saw her a couple weeks ago, yet she made no mention. I am caring for my elderly mother, and she'd transferred too. We both came from terrible clinics with numerous issues. I was so thrilled to finally have a genuinely good doctor, stable care, and one less thing to worry about. Only to receive this devastating email at 8pm on a long weekend. WTF? Their reception is awful by the way, and I know our system is overloaded, but is this really the state of clinics? Appalling behavior by each one, seemingly only in it for profit? Or what? The disorganization, lack of care, cruelty, unprofessionalism, on and on. Am I supposed to report them, all? Every time? How do we fight this normalization? Again, I understand there aren't enough doctors to go around - but does that mean the standard of care when you do see one is in the gutter? I'm at a loss, exhausted, jerked around, and have whiplash. Is this medical abuse/gaslighting? Do I write my MP? The health minister? When I think about how we've both been treated, and now this, I'm in disbelief. It's unreal. I want to go scorched earth. And things could get worse next government. Help. :(
