Hello everyone! We're looking for 2 more players, 18+ to join a new Long-Term campaign starting sometime in October - Early November! The campaign will be D&D 5E set in the Forgotten Realms, also taking inspiration from other books/games including The Elder Scrolls, The Witcher, Expedition 33, A Song of Ice and Fire and First Law.

• Platform: Discord, with microphone and camera required.
• VTT: Foundry VTT (completely free for players don't worry).
• Scheduling: Monday 6-10PM BST/GMT.
• Sessions: Weekly, 3-4h.

The Game

• Genre: Medium-high Fantasy with Dark and occasionally Grimdark elements.
• Focus: Roleplay (character dynamics and arcs, immersive collaborative storytelling etc) with Tactical and high stakes combat every 1-2 sessions or so.
• Tone: Serious but definitely with levity.

What we're looking for:

• Willingness to emotionally invest in characters (including other PCs).
• Big fan of roleplay.
• Commitment to showing up for sessions on time.

About us

We are currently a four person group (1 DM (m), 3 players (2f, 1m)), and have all played together previously through Foundry VTT.

We're all very much roleplayers (character voices/accents encouraged, though certainly not expected!), and particuarly enjoy getting invested in player character dynamics. We've had moments of laughter, crying, heated arguments, and everything in between, all in character! Morally complex situations are a big part of what we enjoy, and there's rarely a clear-cut right or wrong answer.

We're hoping to find players who are enthusiastic about collaborative storytelling, developing their characters arc and engaging with both the world and the other members of the party. We particularly enjoy characters with their own ambitions, flaws, and motivations, rather than simply a group of adventurers who always agree on everything.

About the Campaign

>Travellers speak of unnatural storms, creatures fleeing the mountains, and entire settlements falling silent. Some claim to have witnessed an enormous shadow moving across the distant peaks.

The campaign will begin at level 2–3, set in the Forgotten Realms near Silverymoon, in the rugged foothills of the Nether Mountains. Expect a mixture of classic fantasy adventuring, exploration, political intrigue, and darker, more mysterious elements as the story progresses.

The campaign will start relatively grounded, with local threats, dangerous wilderness, and the occasional goblin camp, before gradually developing into a much larger adventure involving ancient magic, forgotten civilisations, and forces beyond the Material Plane.
