So long story short. I developed severe anxiety and depression during my short lived stent in NG. My personal doctor sent a letter to my unit without me knowing. The unit decided to discharge me honorably under medical, physical, mental health condition. I have waited and waited because I haven’t felt deserving of any benefits. However, now that I have lived with constant anxiety and depression for the last 8 years of being out, I’m ready to start a claim. I was discharged right before deployment. The service connection is hard to tell what it was exactly that caused it… but I was on the brink of not being here due to the severity. I did not have these feeling prior to service. I guess I’m looking for guidance.
