Need to make a helmet mask head thing

I'd have to be able to fit around my head and all that jazz

I have a few ideas on how to do it but I'd like advice !

I'm a bit tentative about option three since cardboard and paper mache combined seems a recipe for mold..

Fabric seems to be the best idea so far but I'm probably going to try at least a few different designs first

Absolutely need advice for this since this would be my first from scratch project
