Hi I’m 26f my dad just passed suddenly. I had a complicated relationship with him, he made a lot of bad mistakes that affected me. He tried to be really good dad still despite his faults. I am his only kid. I had to call a welfare check on him and try to follow through with everything while driving across states to find out he had a massive stroke and was in the ICU. I had to decide to take him off life support and watch him pass for 24 hours. I played his favorite music and watched movies with him as he passed on. It’s just really hard separating my feelings. I’m just sad and confused ☹️
