I had already accepted I was never going to speak to them again after being ghosted for a YEAR but out of nowhere they messaged me and were very keen on catching up which made suspicious that they wanted something but they didn't. We just chatted for a while and then I ended the conversation to which they replied "Let's keep in touch more!" I experienced some serious whiplash at their nerve to say that and all I could think of is YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS. I didn't even reply I just reacted to the message cause I couldn't believe they asked me to keep in touch when I was trying to do that before they ghosted me.
I can't bring myself to message them. I just don't feel like I care enough about them anymore to try and keep a regular correspondence. Still, that was one of the widlest shits I ever heard
