Bakit kaya palaging mababa ang offer sa telco accounts despite knowing it can be very demanding when it comes to workload, metrics and stress level.

Nag start ako sa AT&T Mobility way back 2014 16k package noon, fast forward to 2026 I applied as QA for another Telco account 25k lang offer which is makukuha na sya even for an entry level sa ibang account.

Wala lang curious lang bakit ganto ang presyohan ng telco account even sa mga job postings na nakikita sobrang baba talaga ng offer pag telco.

I just want to share my experience with a client interview.

For context I was applying for a TS position, after my initial interview I was advised that my final interview with the clients would cycle around my technical support background, skills and relatable experiences.

For weeks I prepared because I really wanted to make a good impression and be hired. However, during the interview the questions of the panel were way different from expectations. I gave my best responses despite the struggle. I’m still waiting for the result but deep inside already know the outcome. Nevertheless it was a good experience and I’m proud of my self for taking chances.

Next time I will do better and soon will land to my JO.
