I owed this year for the first time ever and applied for their payment plan online on 4/15. It still shows my status is pending and when I call it either says there are too many callers and it ends it, or the one time I got through it took 2 hours of waiting and then it said my call couldn’t be completed.

My concern comes from a lot of literature online saying that payment plan decisions are instant when applied online and mailed in ones are 30 days. I did the online application so I’m just worried there’s an error somewhere or is anyone else seeing this take long?
