I have a super nice, bright and spacious 1 bed available in a beautiful pre-war building from January-Feb 2027 (could start in december too) in NYC. It is in Astoria at the 30th ave stop, about 30min from midtown Manhattan and a 8min walk to the east river. Super nice and quiet neighborhood (NW side of the train). Looking to swap for truly anywhere in Hawaii. Ideally looking to swap with a 2bed and would love to be in good proximity to a town/city. I love to hike and beach/swim. My place is fully furnished and beautiful! Happy to share photos with anyone interested!
