I'm having a hard time figuring this out - fairly new to the ecosystem.

It says the QC Mini needs 12V and 1.2a. What power supply would work best for this under a temple solo 18 board? Most sources I'm seeing are 3a, would that work or do i have to "power them down."

I'm also trying to attach an mvave chocolate to the board and would love to not have to worry about charging it. Is it possible to convert the usb c to a 9v slot for power so that the mvave is just always charging when the board is plugged in?

I recently made a post about my driver side rear window getting smashed. The glass is on back order across the country from Toyota and some helpful redditers guided me on how to get OEM from eBay. I have it ordered arriving in a few days but I can’t find any guides/videos on replacing the window for 2024-2026 tacos. Does anyone know where I can find one? Alternatively, is it suggested that I instead take it to a shop to install for me?

Got a nice little gift after watching the World Cup in Seattle today from someone wanting to steal my cooler. They completely shattered my back passenger window for a smash and run.

I called Toyota to see if I could get an OEM replacement and they told me they were on back order throughout the entire country. My insurance offering to have safelite replacement it for $450. I know there have been mixed results here, but it safelite that terrible? If so, any other recommendations? Will this non-OEM window look substantially different?

Having a hard time finding information on this. Does anyone have experience using the M-Vave with the mini? Does it allow you to switch through banks easily?

Is there a way to flip through banks quickly on the qc mini using a computer?

Looking to us it to play live for my cover band. I always bring my laptop to gigs anyway so figure I could get away with less switches since I don’t use more than 1-2 switches per song.

Looking for something better than the neural dsp app that is basically the equivalent of an online midi board where I can have a streamlined app to quickly turn between banks by either 1 mouse click or using arrow keys. Is that possible?

I use my Helix LT as a DAW for Logic Pro on my Mac. It works great for the most part but every now and then it just completely disconnects from logic. None of the settings change - still has helix as the input - but it would recognize that it’s connected until I literally restart my helix.

Has anyone else experienced this?

How usable is the mini from a practical standpoint for live shows? I play in a cover band but really only use about 8 different sounds total. Would it be manageable to swap between the 8 in a given show? Not opposed to getting additional midi switches if they are easy to use but at that point maybe it makes more sense for the full size qc. Just trying to figure out what will work best for me.

Is the qc mini more suited to the home studio environment?

Been dealing with Gastritis or an Ulcer for a few months now. Back in March I had a severe flare up to where I was throwing up and having watery diarrhea at the same time for an entire day. I went to the ER and ended up going to a GI doc. They told me it was likely an ulcer or gastritis, told me to continue taking Pepcid as needed and omeprazole daily while my stomach heals.

Fast forward to middle of May, I had a 2 week European trip planned. Things seemed to be on track for healing and I still kept things mellow so decided to continue with the trip. 2 days before the trip my symptoms started acting up again. I went back to ultra bland mode back on Pepcid and omeprazole. I flew over and have been doing fine for the past two weeks but I didn’t bring enough Pepcid to last me (literally ran out yesterday) and the country I am in has famitodine as a prescription only drug. It is the day before my trek back home to the stats and I am starting to have a pretty major flare up.

I am absolutely terrified of getting on the plane, but I have an entire family (with 2 kids) depending on me.

Does anyone have any out of the box advice on what I can do tonight to help me get some sleep and stop these symptoms? I’ve taking a Gaviscon and 2 pepto. Are there any things I can buy at the airport tomorrow to get me home?

Any advice would be much welcomed.
