Estradiol
New to TRT and I’m on 200 mg per week and I split it up into 3 or 4 pins. My question is what do I need to look for when it comes to knowing estrogen is too high without labs every month which just isn’t feasible

I’ve been told various things about what to expect on a TRT regimen of 200 mg per week. Keep in mind my total levels were around 600 but free test was on the lower end. I just want opinions on what to expect and when to expect it. Currently on week 2. I’m a first responder over 30 and I’m getting it for $51 a month so not bad. The argument is some saying there’s no benefit to optimizing levels and people being closed minded to the possibility my “normal” levels could be different than your normal levels and vise versa. I would like some opinions

I haven’t had any Kava for about 72 hours and I was a daily drinker for about two years and a really heavy one that usually 40 ounces of tea every evening. Spoke to the doctor about this and they suggested I may be better off weaning off of it and I think she was right because I got up this morning having brain buzzes just like coming off of a SSRI. My plan is to get some cava and not drink quite as much of it as I was drinking. I just need some advice or input on if this is a smart idea. Also very disoriented along with the brain buzzes
Could really use some insight or opinions on how to proceed after my second night without Kava didnt go quite as well. I cut off caffeine consumption at about 5 PM. Yesterday went home worked out at the gym and instead of drinking my 30 to 40 ounces of Kava between the hours of seven and 10 I was playing Fortnite and just popped the magnesium glycinate and made a snack. I had a really hard time falling asleep last night. I don’t even know if I ever actually went to sleep fully. I remember being jarred awake a few times by either anxiety or a night terror and trying to find my phone feeling super drunk and disoriented. That probably happened five or six times throughout the night. Kept trying to go to sleep, but I don’t think I ever actually fell to sleep and when I finally got up this morning, I had the worst headache I’ve ever had in my life. On the bright side this is over 48 hours without Kava. I just can’t afford for my sleep to be that bad or to wake up feeling like my head is going to explode. I actually told my doctor about all this and she even recommended possibly coming off of Kava slowly where I was a consistent drinker for two years and a pretty heavy drinker of Kava at that. I just don’t know about it though because I’m already 48 hours plus into Ground Zero. Yes I know Kava isn’t like the other K, but obviously some kind of dependence is formed after two years. Just seeking advice.
For anybody thinking about taking a break maybe keep up with this post. So I’m a heavy Kava drinker and usually I’ve done my drinking between the hours of seven and 10 o’clock at night and it always wrecked my sleep. Last night I decided to take a break and went to sleep without it just took a magnesium capsule. What I noticed different today so far is more alert and better mood and energy already. I’ve read that heavy or long-term. Kava use can kind of drag you down and I think that’s the point I was at to be honest. I’m really looking forward to seeing how much more improvement there is.
I’ve been drinking Kava for around two years nightly… It got me away from alcohol. It’s time for me to slow down on it for sure. I’m just curious as to what should I expect if anything from not drinking it tonight and going to bed. I plan on taking a magnesium glycinate capsule close to bedtime
