I found a cure for bouncing legs / nervousness but I dont know what it is exactly, please help me find it!

Help me Obi Wan Ken...wait. Wrong time, wrong galaxy.

So, I have a really, really annoying problem: Bouncing legs in the evening. My bio rythm is weird and I usually feel a bit tired after waking up around 10 am, even though my sleep is extremely restful and long enough. Maybe at 70% performance. I sometimes use caffeine (Guayusa) for a boost, but I do it rarely and only when needed so I dont build tolerance. I can function well enough.

Starting early evening my mind and body finally seem to find their full potential. Maybe even too full. I am wide awake, productive...and my legs start bouncing. At least when I am passive, reading or watching stuff. Its been there for years. But recently I started wondering why. And I really started disliking it. I feel like I cant truly relax. So I tried finding a cure.

---

Note: Funny thing is, while meditating I dont have that problem.

---

Out of all the stuff I tried only one thing helped to far: non-alcoholic beer (though it still has ~0.45 % vol). Its called "Jever Fun" over here. I dont drink alcohol regularly for a long time. Years ago I did, but I cant remember if it helped my bouncing legs.

So I wonder: Is it really the small amount of alcohol that helps stop my legs? I dont want to consume alcohol regularly.

Theres also other stuff in it. Hops, barley malt and fermentation carbon dioxide (really hope thats what its called in english).

I tried drinking hops tea. It tastes like shit and didnt help my bouncing legs at all.

Could it be the barley malt? The AI said something about "Hordenine" being the likely cause. Anyone has more info on that?

When I drink that non alcoholic beer I even feel as if something is tingling behind my forehead. And I feel really relaxed in my body. Only 200-250ml maximum is enough! The "go-mode" is gone that made me bounce my legs non stop unconciously (I am able to stop it conciously without problem...but I cant focus on my legs all the time). Sure, I could just keep on drinking that drink. But id like some other way, maybe a supplement or something. I dont like the idea of drinking beer (even non alcoholic) every evening.

Sorry for the long post. Just wanted to get into enough detail. Id love if someone could help me or tell me what to try. I guess others might have that problem too and might be looking for a cure also :)

Ashwa was great for me. Until it wasnt.

Just want to share my story.

Started taking 600mg KSM-66 last year in april. After like 2 Weeks I felt really, really good. I was running regularly. My VO2Max got up by 3 points in a very short time, crazy.

Recovery from my running and Calisthenics Workouts was out of this world. Im not the youngest anymore and I felt like I was half my age recovery wise. Really, really good.

I also felt less stressed. Even zen. I was in public on a local ferry over the river and I was looking around me and I was in absolute peace.

Thats when Ashwa went downhill for me. After already about 6 weeks of taking I noticed that my recovery couldnt keep up. I did many hard workouts and my body could only do so much. My HRV went into the cellar.

But the absolutely WORST THING was another one. One that makes me not want to touch Ashwa ever again, even though it gave me crazy benefits: Anhedonia. I felt empty. Like a robot. It was so scary. I couldnt feel happyness anymore and I didnt know if I ever would again or if I fucked up. And the worst thing was that my wife was expecting our child and I seriously started to fear I couldnt even be happy about the birth of my daughter.

Thats when I stopped taking Ashwa. Thankfully, my mood normalized over 3 weeks of Anhedonia + raised levels of aggressiveness (nothing bad since im a chill guy, but it felt super weird). So after a few weeks I was back to normal.

Sometimes I wonder if the dosage was just too high for me. Why not only take 300mg a day and cycle off after a few weeks before anything bad happens? Might even work. I dont know. Im too scared to try because Ashwa gave me 3 weeks of being in a way I dont ever want to be again.

Any chance to get unbanned?

So I had a ("private", as in DMs, not on a Server) chat with a friend betting I have darker humor than her. She sent some dark humor stuff. I sent some. Then I finally opened up my old 2014 Whatsapp Images backup where some really weird/dark/racist memes shit is inside sent by people I considered friends back then. Its not stuff I am proud of.

For example theres a meme with a happy naked guy having a power drill inside his ass and its made like an advertisement for a hardware store in my country that had a slogan that roughly translates to "How much madness is inside you?". So really tasteless humor. Other stuff I sent was a short japanese porn clip where the male actor was doing a really, really weird sex move (that I still find funny lol).

Or a wordplay/racist meme with a black person standing in front of plants and the word "Bota-nigger" (Botaniker = Gardener in my language) written on it.

So yeah, the humor is tasteless. I just thought about proving that I can send the darkest/most weird memes to my friend.

Well, then I got banned for child safety. No warning, instant 2 years ban (which I understand is permament and my 9 year old account which never had any misbehaviour will get deleted). There is also no message mentioned for which pic/video exactly I got banned. Just "Child safety" (my friend is 26 years old btw).

So to be honest I thought sending such stuff was ok as long as its in a DM and not publicly. Seems like I was wrong.

So any chance to get my account back? Or did the bot maybe falsely flag something as illegal? I would have atleast expected a warning and not an instant ban.

I tried to appeal already. In-app is still pending. In the support site I got lucky and reached a human through general questions but they just closed the ticket and said I need to use the app.

I know I made a mistake by sending this shitty stuff and im not proud of it. But I also cant understand why I wasnt atleast warned as I had no misconduct the past 9 years.

Edit: So now it seems Discord deleted ALL messages in the chat with my friend - including all the harmless ones. What the fuck is wrong with them?
